My Meows! Life as I see it.

If you find a thought or feeling going thru you that you consider "bad" or "inappropirate" Don't repress it, or try to hide it in some corner of your mind and pretend it never happened. Instead, acknowledge it. Shine the light on it and really look at it. Where did it come from?, yes if you really look you will find it. Does it have any value? It really is a valid thought, there is a lesson there. What changes could you make to it that would make it a useful tool for you? Repressing your unwanted thoughts and feelings only builds them up until they try to break thru into your outer world for example as anger or some embarrassing act so you will finally look at them. Shining the light on them will teach you some very valuable lessons about yourself and can actually take away their negative power. Why play the victim and let your thoughts have power over you? After all this is YOUR journey, YOU are in control.

* * AS some of you know all the steps on the Mayan calendar came to an end last night on October 28th, 2011. And what a better Grand Finale could there be for the Age of Pisces then for the Enlightened Cardinal Fans to watch their Beloved St Louis Cardinals win their 11th World Series!! Yes that is right! 11 the number of Enlightenment. There was some suffering. Cheers to the Texas Rangers who gave it their all, your fans are proud of you!! Still the greatest suffering seems to have been for the still disgruntled Cub Fans who were left behind. To them I say, Get over it, This was not about you. CARDINALS WIN! CARDINALS WIN! CARDINALS WIN! CARDINALS WIN! * * And all this time people thought the calendar was for the end of the world, well it was, the "end" last night of the best "World" Series EVER!!!!

. . Row, row, row your boat, Gently down the stream. We all set off in our boats in the beginning. Some take the calm streams, others head straight for the rapids. Some guide their boat gently around troubled waters. Some become quite skilled in navigation. while others seem to hit every obstruction. Some tip the boats over and must work on setting them right. There are so many bends and branches extending off of each stream. Sometimes we paddle along with friends and other times go it alone. We each take from the experience what is important for us, the lessons we need to learn. Doesn't matter which branch you set off on or how many times you change direction, eventually we all end up with our boats headed for the falls. At last you hit the rocks below and wake up where you have always been. That is ok That is good Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily, Life is but a dream.
